Table of contents:
Our Peer Mentoring Programme brings organisations across Wales together to share real experiences, practical advice, and proven ways to improve workplace wellbeing.
About the Programme
Our Peer Mentoring Programme brings organisations together around a shared workplace health and wellbeing topic.
Each cohort includes one mentor organisation and up to four mentee organisations.
Through three structured workshops, participants:
- Share real workplace experiences
- Learn from the mentor and from one another
- Explore different perspectives and ideas
- Identify practical actions
- Reflect on progress and next steps
Everyone contributes by sharing insights, asking questions and supporting one another to find practical solutions.
After the third workshop, the cohort may choose to continue meeting in a more flexible, employer-led format, depending on the group’s interests and capacity.
The goal is to build a lasting network where employers can learn from one another, share what works, and make wellbeing a normal part of everyday workplace culture.
