Leading Employer Recognition Badge

The Healthy Working Wales (HWW) Recognition Badges recognise employers who are taking positive steps to improve health and wellbeing in the workplace.

How the badges work

The recognition badges provide a clear and supportive pathway for organisations to engage with Healthy Working Wales services and demonstrate their commitment to workforce wellbeing.

Participation is free, voluntary and open to all employers in Wales.

The recognition badges aim to:

  • Recognise organisations taking action to improve workplace wellbeing
  • Provide a visible symbol of commitment to employee health
  • Support employers on a structured journey of improvement
  • Promote collaboration, peer learning and the sharing of good practice

Employers can achieve two badges as they increase their engagement with Healthy Working Wales tools, services and learning opportunities.
