Join us for an engaging and informative ADHD at work Webinar, where we’ll explore how workplaces across Wales can champion neurodiversity in the workplace.
Our expert speaker Aimee Smith, ADHD assessment nurse specialist and consultant psychotherapist, will guide us through:
- What neurodiversity and ADHD is and why it matters in the workplace
- Recognising the strengths of neurodiverse talent
- The benefits of an inclusive workforce
- Simple ways to support employees with ADHD whilst in work
- How to get started or build on progress already made
She will be joined by Rhian Gleed – Workplace Health Adviser for Healthy Working Wales to share examples of what can work for supporting employees in your organisation.
