Wales Climate Week is run by Climate ActionWales. The week offers a chance for everyone across Wales to join the discussion about climate action.
The week is also an opportunity for employers to raise awareness of climate change in the workplace. Small actions, like reducing waste and energy use, can make a big impact.
Ways to support Wales Climate Week at work
Attend the virtual conference
The Climate Action Week virtual conference will take place over three days (3-5 November 2025). It’s an opportunity for stakeholders from across the public, private and third sectors to come together and discuss areas from housing and transport to agriculture and land use.

The Welsh Government is inviting organisations and individuals with strong community ties to apply for grant funding to hold Climate Conversations events in their communities.
