We’re launching Phase 1 of our new Peer Mentoring Programme, which will bring employers across Wales together to share real experiences, practical advice, and proven ways to improve workplace wellbeing.
This first phase is about collecting expressions of interest from employers who want to help shape the programme and influence how peer mentoring can best support workplaces in Wales.
About the Programme
The Peer Mentoring Programme is a hybrid offer, matching employers based on factors such as industry, location, or specific wellbeing goals.
With guidance from Healthy Working Wales, each mentoring partnership will have:
- Clear expectations
- Step-by-step guidance
- Access to training, tools, resources and the support of a HWW advisor to help the mentoring relationship work well
Participants can decide how they meet, either online or face-to-face, and how often, depending on their needs and availability. They can also choose the format that works best for them, whether that’s one-to-one mentoring or group mentoring, depending on the size and capacity of their organisation.
The goal is to build a lasting network where employers can learn from one another, share what works, and make wellbeing a normal part of everyday workplace culture.
Why get involved now
By joining in this first phase, you’ll help shape how the full programme develops. You’ll have the chance to influence its direction and make sure it meets the needs of employers across Wales.
Whether you want to strengthen your organisation’s approach to health and wellbeing, or you’re ready to share your own experience to support others, this is your opportunity to get involved from the beginning.
