Healthy Working Wales provides a digital offer to employers in Wales, with online tools and advice to help employers improve workplace health and wellbeing.

We commend every business that achieved one of our Workplace Health Awards and encourage you to continue developing and enhancing wellbeing within your workplace.

You can continue to use the award framework documentation from the Small Workplace Health Award (SWHA) and Corporate Health Scheme (CHS) as a reference, alongside the information, guidance and resources on our website to help you do this.

We are also in the process of developing and rolling out online survey tools, which you will be able to use these to better understand the health and wellbeing needs of your organisation and workforce.
