Why menopause matters  

Around 8 out of 10 menopausal women are in work (opens in new window).

Supporting menopausal employees isn’t just the right thing to do – it’s important for staying legally compliant and creating a successful, thriving workplace. 

A lack of menopausal support could result in: 

  • More absenteeism or presenteeism (showing up but not fully productive)
  • Adverse health effects for employees
  • Discrimination claims against the organisation
