Help Me Quit service
Help Me Quit is the national smoking cessation service for Wales. Help Me Quit empowers individuals to take control of their health and break free from the grip of tobacco addiction.
By providing compassionate, 1 to 1 support, telephone support, expert guidance, and personalised tools, Help Me Quit helps thousands of smokers in Wales, every year, to achieve their goal of living smoke-free.
By using Help Me Quit smokers are up to three times more likely to quit than those who go it alone.
You can promote Help Me Quit in your workplace and encourage employees who smoke to visit the Help Me Quit website (opens in a new window) or phone 0800 085 2219 to access the service.
