Help shape the future of Healthy Working Wales

We will soon be launching a new website, designed to better support employers in improving workplace health and wellbeing. To ensure the website and future marketing plans meet your needs, we want to hear from you!

We’re asking employers across Wales to take a short survey to share how you access workplace health and wellbeing information, what challenges you face and how we can best support your business.

Your feedback will help shape the future of Healthy Working Wales, ensuring we provide the right resources, guidance, and support for businesses like yours.

Thank you for your time!

Stress and mental health at work

Last month we supported the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in the delivery of an online session as part of their Working Minds campaign.

Aimed at small business owners and managers in Wales,
the session covered how to manage workplace stress and promote good mental health to employees.

Our Consultant in Public Health, Oliver Williams, had the chance to present during the session, sharing information about the support available to employers and businesses
from Healthy Working Wales.

You can find out more about managing workplace stress on our website.

HWW out and about

Healthy Working Wales recently attended a Conwy Employment Hub event in Llandudno: Mental health and wellness in the workplace.

Our Workplace Health Adviser Deanna shared the latest updates on the HWW service. This included information on the new website that is in development, up and coming webinars and much more.

We also had a stand at the event where we were able to network with other attendees and sign people up to our ebulletin.

We also attended two Chambers Wales events last month.

The women’s network event was a great opportunity to network and reconnect with
businesses. It was great to hear from speakers Blessing Mutamba and Beth Baldwin, who shared their insights, experiences and impactful work.

At the men’s health event, it was fantastic to have the chance to promote discussions
around men’s health and wellbeing within the Welsh business community.

We always enjoy meeting our stakeholders and will be attending more events
throughout the year.
