Your feedback will help develop practical resources and guidance for employers, supporting healthier, more inclusive and age-friendly workplaces across Wales.
Why are we holding these workshops?
Employees aged 50+ make a valuable contribution to workplaces through their skills, knowledge and experience. However, many may also face challenges such as managing health conditions, caring responsibilities, adapting to workplace changes, or experiencing age-related barriers. By listening directly to employees, we can better understand what support is needed and how employers can help people remain healthy, valued and in work.
