Opportunities to support older employees

Creating a workplace where older employees feel valued and supported benefits both workers and businesses.

There are lots of ways you can support older employees in the workplace.

Here are some things to think about:

  • Improving workplace wellbeing by providing better support for employees over the age of 50
  • Identifying and addressing gaps in training opportunities to ensure fair access for all staff
  • Encouraging employees to stay in work longer by promoting a healthy work-life balance
  • Offering more flexible working options to increase job satisfaction and retention
