Understanding and managing workplace conflict – part two

Delivered in partnership with Acas, this second webinar in the series will focus on managing conflict fairly and effectively.

Delivered by Louise Moore, Acas Senior Business Adviser, the webinar will explore:

  • Managers’ responsibilities when conflict arises
  • Common mistakes that can escalate situations
  • Good practice approaches to resolving conflict fairly and effectively

Meet the HWW team at our drop‑in virtual clinic

What you’ll gain

No Falls Week (18-24 May 2026)

No Falls Week raises awareness of falls from height – the leading cause of fatal injuries in UK workplaces.

Organised by the No Falls Foundation, the campaign encourages employers to review risk assessments, improve training and promote safe working practices at height.
