What employers can do

Supporting autistic people in the workplace means having structure, understanding and flexibility.

Here are some things you can do in your workplace:

Provide clear instructions, priorities and expectations
Allowing flexible work styles and reasonable adjustments

Adjust work patterns, environments, tools or processes to meet individual needs.
