Meeting legal responsibilities

Under the Equality Act 2010, employers are legally required to make reasonable adjustments for employees with disabilities, which includes autism.

By implementing reasonable adjustments, employers can:

  • Comply with legal requirements under the Equality Act 2010
  • Reduce the risk of discrimination claims
  • Promote fairness and equal opportunities
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive and supportive workplace culture
